Earth Wind & Tyre: Renewable World’s 100-mile, wind-themed cycle challenge

Taking place in June each year, the event unites teams and individuals from across the renewable energy industry and beyond to raise funds for Renewable World. Participants can take part in person or virtually, making it a cycling challenge open to all ages and abilities, and from wherever you are in the world!

Since 2015, Earth Wind & Tyre has been generating a vital source of income for Renewable World’s work to transform lives and tackle climate change through clean energy. It is an event with wind at its heart. The route of the physical event was designed to pass by a number of onshore wind farms, in celebration of clean energy and the possibilities it holds to change our world.

 

The Virtual Event

By signing up for the virtual event, you can make it your Earth Wind & Tyre, your way, wherever you are.

Your challenge is to cycle 100 miles in a month (TBC). With the virtual event, you have the flexibility to choose where and how to carry out your challenge.

We are currently undergoing conversations about what Earth Wind & Tyre will look like in 2024, with that being said we are hopeful an in-person event will take place.
