Durga Jethara

Durga is a development professional with 13 years of progressive experience working with various national and international NGOs. With a bachelor’s degree in forestry and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sociology, Durga brings a strong interdisciplinary understanding of people, environment, and development systems.

His expertise spans climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, livelihood enhancement, and youth and women empowerment initiatives. Over the years, he has demonstrated strong skills in community mobilization, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementing inclusive and sustainable development interventions.

Durga is passionate about creating positive social and environmental impacts through evidence-based and community-driven approaches. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music and playing sports, which help him stay energized and balanced.
