Matthew Whitehead

Matt joined Renewable World in August 2022, bringing 20 years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships and programming in International Development and the Arts. Matt developed his programmatic and fundraising specialisms through a variety of roles with the British Film Institute, Natural History Museum, Save the Children UK and Raleigh International. He has travelled widely, notably supporting the design and funding of Sustainable Livelihoods, Education, Biodiversity Protection and Conservation programming, and youth-led initiatives, in East Africa and Nepal. Matt seeks to develop collaborations which enable new approaches for heightened and sustained impact. Outside of work, Matt spends his time with his young family and is a (very) amateur musician
