Edinburgh Marathon Festival is now in its 19th year and takes place from Saturday 28 – Sunday 29 May 2022. This ever-growing festival of running is now a major event in the Scottish sporting calendar. Starting in Edinburgh, the course heads out through East Lothian offering stunning views and an unforgettable running experience.

The full weekend of events attracts over 30,000 runners, with thousands more lining the course to support. There are 9 races on offer over two days including the marathon, half marathon, team relay, 10k, 5k and junior races.

Download our Edinburgh Marathon Festival registration form and return it by email or post. You can apply to run in any of the following events:

  • Full Marathon: £30 registration fee, £500 fundraising target
  • Half Marathon: £15 registration fee, £350 fundraising target
  • Hairy Haggis Team Relay: £30 registration fee, £500 fundraising target
  • 10k: £20 registration fee, £200 fundraising target
  • 5k: £15 registration fee, £150 fundraising target
